Accessibility

At the Moose Jaw Centre for Arts and Culture, we believe the arts belong to everyone. Our commitment to accessibility is part of how we create a safe, welcoming space where all people can come together to experience, share, and celebrate creativity.

Art thrives when everyone can take part!

Assistive Listening Devices are available at all our events.

These devices work with most hearing aids and can be requested by calling ahead before your visit. Our staff will be happy to have a device ready for you when you arrive.

Physical Accessibility

Our theatre offers designated wheelchair-accessible seating for guests who use mobility devices or prefer seating with zero stairs. These seats are located at the top of the first balcony, with easy elevator access and a fully accessible washroom nearby.

We also offer accessible seating on the side sections of the main level for guests who would like to sit closer to the stage and can manage 3–5 stairs.

Companion seating is available next to all accessible areas to ensure you can enjoy the performance together.

All public entrances to the Centre are step-free, ramped, and equipped with automatic doors for your convenience.

We want parents, caregivers, and families to feel completely at ease during their visit. We provide baby changing facilities located in our fully accessible washroom on the second floor, equipped with a changing table, bin, and easy access to handwashing.

Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding are welcome throughout the theatre, and for anyone who prefers a bit more privacy, our staff will be happy to direct you to a quieter space.
