Change Is In The Air
We're always working to improve your theatre experience
The Moose Jaw Cultural Centre has transitioned to a new ticketing system called "Theatre Manager". We will no longer be working with SaskTix for our ticketing needs as of April 7th, 2024. We will now be managing our ticketing in-house to serve our renters, patrons and community in a new and improved way.
While this transition to a new system will undoubtedly come with a few bumps, we appreciate your patience as we navigate this process.
FAQ SECTION
Please read the section below, as it will likely answer some of the immediate questions you have.

I have already purchased tickets through SaskTix for an upcoming show. Do I need new tickets?
No. Your ticket will still gain you access to the event. You do not need a new ticket. Bring your existing ticket with you to the show. Your seat will be the same.
I have added my digital ticket to my Apple Wallet already. Will those disappear?
Your tickets will still be active and available to you if you have added them to your wallet.
I have a SaskTix gift card in my possession. Will I be able to use it for future ticket purchases at your venue?
Any "GiveX" (SaskTix) gift cards that have been purchased at our box office will be honored. The number on the card will be in our system and we can look up the balance for you.
Will I need a new account with "Theatre Manager" to purchase tickets for upcoming events?
Yes, you will. Once we are set up and ready with the new system, all patrons that have a SaskTix account will receive further instructions via email (if a valid email is on file with us).
How do I stay updated?
Please follow our account on Facebook (Moose Jaw Cultural Centre) and Instagram (@themjcc). Become part of our email list by subscribing through our website at www.moosejawculture.ca.
I am not good with technology and nervous about this change. What do I do?
We totally understand. We will be here to help! If you are not comfortable creating an account online with Theatre Manager, we would be happy to help you over the phone or in person, once we are ready and set up. You don't have to purchase tickets online; we can still assist you at the box office.
Again, thank you for your support as we make this change,
and we look forward to serving you in new ways!
